Michelle Curless is Chief Customer Officer of CM Group. Michelle oversees the global team, including Client Success, Professional Services, Technical Support (Cheetah Digital), Strategic Consultants, and Client Experience and Transformation. She has more than 25 years of experience in customer strategy transformation and has worked with leading organizations and startups across industries in consulting, operational, and business development roles. Prior to joining Cheetah Digital, Michelle led the post-sale organization at Monetate and ExactTarget. She also previously served as Vice President, Customer Experience at Salesforce Marketing Cloud, where she established Customer Experience as a key business discipline.
